I would like you to be really pleased with your THIS NIGHT socks! If you would like to return unworn, unwashed socks for a refund or for a different pair of socks, please email me at hello@this-night.com within 15 days of receiving your socks.

I will then issue a return authorization, and you will mail the socks here at your own expense (I hope you understand –– THIS NIGHT is a small business). Once the socks are received, you will receive a refund within 5 business days (and it may take several additional days for your credit card statement to reflect this). If you paid for shipping (1 or 2 pairs of socks), the initial shipping cost unfortunately cannot be refunded. If you are exchanging them for another pair, you will be charged shipping for the new pair.

If your socks have been worn and for some reason you are not pleased, please email me, and I will make it right!
